Cultivated by the Baraona family for over 100 years, Los Pirineos is located on top of the Tecapa Volcano in Usulutan - Eastern El Salvador and is a truly stunning farm. Operated by fifth-generation coffee producer Diego Baraona, he focuses heavily on varietal and experimenting on process. This lot of Orange Bourbon coffee underwent Natural processing where the freshly harvested cherries were dried on sun exposed beds for 35 – 40 days
