The Nyamiyaga coffee washing station (CWS) is located in the South-Western region of Rwanda. The station is run and operated by Rwacof and offers three different processing methods: fully washed, natural and honey. After being hand-picked the ripest cherries are floated, washed and sorted and the coffee is finished by drying on raised beds. For natural lots, such as this one, the perfectly ripe cherry is then laid in a thin layer on raised beds to dry in the sun where it is turned frequently to ensure even drying. This new harvest of Bourbon Natural process is stand out!
