Mauricio selected this micro lot of Yellow Icatu very carefully, and we were lucky enough to purchase a small amount of this exceptional coffee. Located in the incredible environment of his El Copo (Cruz Gorda) farm situated on the hills of what is known locally as The Flower Route. This coffee, which is honey processed then dried on African beds, expresses the great complexity and expertise associated with Mauricio’s preparations.
