In 2010, Isacio Albir purchased Finca El Cipres. The farm was previously used for cattle pastures but, over time, Isacio has replanted the land with pine trees and coffee. He has planted a number of different varietals and experimented with processing using natural, honey and washed methods, usually for long fermentation periods. This particular Natural Parainema is complex and sweet full of dark purple & red fruits with lots of chocolate throughout.
